If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within seven days of the purchase date will be credited using the credit card information originally provided. Refunds for items returned more than seven days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

In all cases, permission to return items must be secured via email at sales@acornconceptsllc.com . An RA number must be issued to you authorizing any and all returns or exchanges. The shipping box must be marked with your RA number.

Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Do not use the U.S. Postal Service, since service in our area is not reliable.
